Jessica is a highly accomplished professional with a Graduate degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria, underscoring her dedication to lifelong learning and excellence in her field. With extensive experience as a seasoned mediator and intervenor, she has facilitated resolutions across a diverse array of contexts, serving clients that include all levels of government, non-profits, private organizations, families, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and First Nations communities.

Jessica specializes in empowering individuals and teams to enhance their conflict resolution skills and foster stronger relationships in both professional and personal settings. Her expertise encompasses assessment, strategic planning, dispute resolution process design, and team-building services for the public and private sector clients.
 
As a former treaty negotiator in the British Columbia Treaty process, Jessica brings exceptional negotiation skills, along with a strategic approach to negotiation planning and analysis. Her work with First Nations extends beyond negotiations to include initiatives focused on capacity development, self-governance, government-to-government relationships, and lands analysis.
 
A sought-after instructor, Jessica delivers training nationwide to federal, provincial, municipal and private-sector organizations. She specializes in negotiation, effective communication, respectful workplace practices, facilitation, and mediation. Known for her customized approach, Jessica designs and tailors courses to address the unique needs and challenges of her clients, ensuring meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
