Jessica holds a Graduate degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria, reflecting her commitment to continuous education in the field. As a seasoned intervenor, her extensive and diverse experience encompasses mediation across a broad spectrum of issues for a wide range of clients. These include various entities such as all levels of government, non-profit and for-profit organizations, families, health professionals, educational institutions, and First Nations.

Jessica derives particular satisfaction from coaching and guiding individuals to enhance their effectiveness in conflict resolution and relationship development, both within professional settings and in their broader lives. Her expertise extends to providing assessment, strategic planning, dispute resolution process design and team building services to clients in both the public and private sectors.

Having served as a treaty negotiator in the British Columbia Treaty process, Jessica not only brings negotiation skills to the table but also provides invaluable analysis and advice regarding negotiation strategy and approach. Her involvement with First Nations extends beyond negotiation, encompassing projects related to capacity development, government-to-government relationships, self-governance, and lands analysis.

In her role as an instructor, Jessica’s commitment to excellence takes her across Canada, where she delivers training at the federal, provincial, municipal, and private sector levels. Her focus areas include negotiation, effective communication, respectful workplace practices, facilitation, and mediation. Jessica takes pride in tailoring courses to meet the specific needs of diverse organizations, showcasing her ability to adapt to and address the unique challenges faced by each client.
